Administrators & School Leaders
Peertivity helps school leaders turn tension into trust and disengagement into momentum—without adding more to your plate.

Our peer-led model integrates seamlessly into existing campus rhythms, empowering students to take active roles in shaping culture, boosting SEL outcomes, and reinforcing staff goals. Backed by the AIM framework and over a decade of proven results, Peertivity equips your school with sustainable leadership pipelines, positive behavior supports, and stronger community alignment—starting from within.

Working With Peertivity
Proper Implementation:
To ensure every partnership starts with clarity, this page outlines what Peertivity is prepared to provide—and what we’ll need from your team in return. Our goal is to keep expectations grounded, the process simple, and the path forward mutually beneficial from day one.

What We're Providing
Peertivity is designed to be lightweight, flexible, and impactful from the start. While we’re not offering a full curriculum yet, we are fully prepared to support schools in launching a peer-driven mentorship hub with the essentials already in place. Here’s what we’re bringing to the table:

-
A proven, research-informed model (AIM: Appreciate, Investigate, Motivate)

-
A written program overview that clearly defines structure, goals, and expectations

-
Access to leadership from both the program founder and site coordinator for planning and implementation

-
A timeline for rollout anchored to the 2025–26 school year

-
Communication support and centralized coordination through our Site Coordinator

-
Ongoing guidance through early-stage partnership and development phases
What We Need From You
To bring Peertivity to life on your campus, we ask for a few key commitments to ensure the program can take root effectively. These requests are intentionally minimal, designed to respect your time, space, and existing workflows:

-
A designated on-campus space where peer mentoring sessions can be held consistently

-
One staff liaison to serve as the primary point of contact for coordination and planning

-
A planning window in June (or later) for one joint meeting with our team

-
Clarity on any district-specific compliance steps (e.g. background checks, insurance requirements)

-
A willingness to explore stakeholder engagement, pending a successful planning phase

This partnership is built on collaboration—not obligation. With a little structure and shared intent, we can create a high-impact program that fits your school’s needs and values.
